Laboratory Devices Co will be closed the week of July 22nd. We will return and resume shipping on July 22nd. We will be responding to voicemails and emails as our schedule allows throughout July.

Effective August 1st, 2024, we will be implementing a price increase on all parts. Our last across the board price increase was three years ago, and material, shipping, labor, and service costs have risen considerably since then. As a result, we are compelled to do this to remain in business. We appreciate your business and hope you understand.

Laboratory Devices Order Processes

Find your preferred ordering process

Laboratory Devices Company accepts orders via email, fax, or over the phone.  In addition, you can now create a quote request online on our website.

We accept Credit Cards, ACH, and Checks for payment.  Please note that there is a 3% credit card processing fee on the cost of the entire order for any credit card payments.

Also, please note there is a $15 per order handling fee on every order.  In addition, shipping costs will be added – default shipping method is UPS Ground.

Using the Order Form (CLICK HERE)

Download the order form from the website and enter the requested information, including the ship to name and address, the invoice to name and address, the contact information, the Credit Card information if applicable (see below), and the parts and quantities you want to order.  Current pricing is available on the website.  Also note the current date on the order and the desired need by date.

If you are not comfortable with including your CC information on this form, please leave it blank and call us at 530-344-1072 after you have submitted the form.

Use our website to navigate to the test specimens you wish to order. Add the specimens to your quote. You can view your quote at any time using the button in the header. Once your quote includes the specimens and quantities you wish to order, you can fill out the form before the quote and submit the request form. If you register and log in, your quotes will be saved and can be referenced later from your account page. Once we review your quote, we will contact you with any updates and to inquire if you would like to proceed.
